Bramble Ramble
5K Trail Run/Walk & Michael J. Seaman Memorial 10K Run
The Annual Bramble Ramble 5K Trail Run/Walk & Annual Michael J. Seaman Memorial 10K Run is held the third Saturday in September on MCC's Sidney campus. The Kenneth J. Lehman Nature Trails offer more than four miles of trails, which are marked with numbered trail posts and maps are available at most major trail heads. The course is a mix of flat, wide trails and narrow, wooded hills; pavement; and open fields. All proceeds from the race benefit MCC’s Kenneth J. Lehman Nature Trails for improvement, community outreach and education.

Bramble Ramble 2024 Race Details
Race Information:
Course Description: A mix of flat wide trails and narrow, wooded hills, pavement, fields. Start and finish behind the Barn Theater, on Montcalm Community College’s Sidney campus.
Facilities: Restrooms will be available in MCC’s Barn Theater.
Awards: Overall Male/Female as well as Age Group winners.
Race Bling: All participants will receive a Bramble Ramble sticker and medal.
Parking: Park in the Barn Theater parking lot, just west of the main entrance. Additional parking is available by using MCC’s main entrance to park in large lot closest to theater.
Weather Delay: All updates will be posted on the Nature Trails Facebook page and/or on MCC’s website at montcalm.edu.

- 10K Run at 9 m.
- 5K Walk at 9:15 m. Dogs welcome on walk.
- 5K Run at 9:30 m.
Registration Information:
- Entry fee: $15 per person or $30 per family/group (up to 4 people).
- Pre-Registration: Now through September 20th. Register and pay online at the EventBrite website.
- On-Site Registration: You may also register in-person the day of the race, beginning at 8 m. and closing 15 minutes before your scheduled event. Cash or check only. Registration will be near the starting point of the race, in front of the Barn Theater.
- All participants have the option to purchase race gear (shirts and bandanas) at an additional cost during pre-registration. Deadline to purchase gear is September 5th. A very small number of extra items may be available the day of the race for purchase; cash or check only.
